DuPont Vespel SP-22 offers minimal thermal expansion and dimensional stability for design flexibility. It also provides enhanced resistance to wear and friction as well as oxidative stability. Available as custom parts or stock shapes.
DuPont Vespel SP-22 is available as isostatically molded billet and unidirectionally pressed slab specified as Type II, Class 2M and Type II, Class 2P respectively per ASTM 6456-10 / MIL-R-46198. Vespel SP-22 is specified as Class 3 per AMS 3644G.
